Jingke-Europe is the trade name under which the owner acts as sales agent of Jiangxi Jingke Electronics Co., Ltd. (JINGKE), based in Guixi, Jiangxi (China). Jingke-Europe is not a subsidiary or group company of JINGKE. Trademarks, logos and content on this site belong to their respective owners.

3. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Contact form

If you write to us through the form, we process your name, company, email, phone (optional), country and the content of your message.

• Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a commercial offer.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business-to-business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: for the duration of the business relationship or, if none begins, up to 2 years from your last contact; thereafter for any legally required periods.

Visit statistics

To understand how the website is used, we record anonymised data: page visited, language, referring site, time on page, country, and device, browser and operating system type. IP addresses are stored truncated (last block set to zero) and cannot identify you. The country is worked out on our own server from that truncated IP, using IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0 licence), without contacting any third party. We do not use cookies or store anything in your browser for these statistics, and this data is not shared with third parties.

• Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding website use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: 12 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

4. Recipients and international transfers

• JINGKE factory (China): to prepare quotations, specifications or samples, we may share your enquiry with Jiangxi Jingke Electronics Co., Ltd. This international transfer is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). If you do not want your enquiry shared with the factory, please say so in your message.
• Technical provider: Nominalia (web and email hosting), acting as processor.
• Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google servers, which receive your IP address when the page is displayed.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@jingke-europe.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority of your country.
